Now with added pip!

You can add pip install {package_name} in a juptyer notebook in Hera to install whatever packages you want. Including numpy and scipy!

Only exists as a Mac app for right now. Right now, Hera:

• Can open Jupyter Notebook (.ipynb) files
• Does not need to install Python or Jupyter or Conda or any dependencies.
• Supports basic Jupyter Notebooks. Future versions will support more libraries.
