This PR adds Japanese translations to several glossary terms in the PostgreSQL documentation. The changes improve accessibility for Japanese-speaking users by providing bilingual glossary entries and index terms.

[nitpick] The Japanese translation in brackets uses 'I/O' in Latin characters. For consistency with line 1515 where 'Input/Output' is translated as '入力/出力', consider using '非同期入力/出力' or adding furigana to clarify the reading of I/O.

[nitpick] The glossterm uses 'Input/Output' in English, but line 1515 shows the Japanese text uses 'Input/Output(入力/出力)' with parentheses. Consider using parentheses notation in the glossterm for consistency: 'Input/Output (入力/出力)' or using the bracket notation in the description as well.
