this is intended to expose underlying error conditions, to make analyzing test errors easier
On windows server the default password policies, seem to be harder, so a more secure password fixes the tests.

added more verbose messages in case of test failure, regarding the underlying error.
As the test now fails obviously due to password too weak,
password changed to meet default password policies.
