migrated the library to support both py2 and py3
updated version and readme
fixed set-cookie header issue when multiple values comes

So the old and new python have a different behavior when it comes to returning headers (and multiple occurences of the same header). This patch makes the return value uniform.
At ocassions the response body are actual bytes (octet stream responses) and sohuldn't be decoded automatically.
