Include Lets encrypt certs in Docker

It feels a bit strange that the Panel Caddy is included and Wings has to take care of certs externally.

You could integrate Caddy into the image as a reverse proxy or you could build an ACME client into the Wings client (so that a valid cert is also available for SFTP)

Depending on which idea is preferred (or someone has a better idea) I could provide a corresponding PR

I dont like the idea of the wings handling acme certificates.
There is nothing wrong in using a locally installed certbot/something else.
But that's more of a personal preference.

I'm not a fan of Caddy being bundled by default, and as @Mawiguk0 mentioned, there's no harm in the user supplying their own acme client (and this might be preferred in some workflows.)

Also fine for me. But why does the panel have it? It's not very consistent in my opinion.
Having an example compose file with certbot or caddy is useful I think.
