I've been thinking what the value is, if the goal is to drop Flutter entirely, but I guess since the project is stalled right now, we might as well merge stuff that improves the present experience of running it
Just as a question: the project is stalled? I thought the idea is to
migrate it from Flutter to KMP bit by bit?

The last I heard (correct me if this is wrong) the rebble team is waiting on the changes Eric’s team is making since cobble is the base for the core app. |
Something like that. Main developer on cobble got hired by Core Devices to work on their app, and core wants to release open source an Everything Library that handles all the functionality you would want in a pebble companion app, and then consume that library in a closed source frontend. crc32 is very good at this, and has the person-hours to put into libpebble3, so we are waiting to see how core's library turns out, and will probably rebuild cobble from the ground up off that library |

Ask for bluetooth (and location) permission before trying to find a watch
