1.Overview

The main purpose of the RealCity Mod is to make the game more realistic like the true world. It added several elements as below:

(1) Build a concept of residents' income and expense

  1. Resident salary
  2. Resident personal salary-tax
  3. Resident house-rent expense
  4. Resident transport expense
  5. Resident visit and consumption expense
  6. Resident education and healthcare expense

(2) Build a concept of commercial and industrial building income and expense

  1. Business income
  2. Business purchase expense
  3. Trade tax expense
  4. Land Rent expense
  5. Employee salary expense

(3) New city industrial chain system

  1. Resident family daily consumption transaction chain
  2. Industrial & Commerical import and export transaction chain
  3. Tourist transaction chain
  4. City and outside transaction chain (Need More Outside Connection MOD)

(4) New added outside connection (Need More Outside Connection MOD)

  1. Outside demand for garbage deal
  2. Outside demand for dead deal
  3. Outside demand for sick deal
  4. Outside demand for police deal
  5. Outside demand for fire deal

(5) Plenty of new added city income and expense.

City income:

  1. New added personal salary-tax income
  2. New added industrial trade tax income
  3. New added outside demand income (Need More Outside Connection MOD)
  4. New added gas station income (Need Real GasStation MOD)
  5. New added park and monument building tourist income
  6. Adjust feedthrough car toll income
  7. New added garbage recycling center export product income
  8. Adjust fixed in-game land income (deeply decreased)
    City expenses:
  9. New added government employ salary expense
  10. New added electricity and heat and shelter material expense
  11. New added city resource department material expense
  12. New added government vehicle expense
  13. Adjust fixed in-game maintain and policy fee (deeply decreased)

(6) Resource challenge (Need Real Construction MOD)

  1. City resource building is needed to gather food lumber petrol and coal for city (can import or from local)
  2. City resource building will generate construction resource for building construction
  3. City resource building will generate operation resource for government operation

(7) New feature (Parliament!)

  1. City will have Parliament
  2. Citizens have their politics trend based on their money, education, gender, workplace, and age
  3. Five parties will have Parliament seats and have their own politics trend
  4. Mod policies will depend on Parliament meeting
  5. Parliament will auto adjust tax and expense to help manage city
