Summary:
Adds Arduino-compatible support and CI validation for the HaierProtocol library, plus documentation and minimal Arduino/PlatformIO example sketches so the library can be built and verified on Arduino toolchains and PlatformIO.
Primary goals: fix Arduino header issues, add CI workflows, and include small test/example sketches and docs.
Adds Arduino/PlatformIO CI workflows
Replaced with <stddef.h> where needed for Arduino IDE compatibility
Adds documentation and usage examples:
README updated to reference new docs
Adds CI example sketches and PlatformIO project
Minor test/CI infra updates and helper scripts in workflows
