Creates the 'ExcelIgnore' attribute. This allows a property to be safely ignored when using StrictMappingType. Added 3 new test cases for the attribute.

Sorry for the excessively long delay @hthroweriii, but if you're still around can you add an update to the readme with an example of how to use this feature, and explain to users why it's useful?

The code looks good, so when the readme's updated, I'll merge your PR.
