Basic/early attempt here. Mostly opening this pr for a visual reference to iterate on - copy is still in progres. Would love to do this kind of thing: But I can't get the code for split cards to work. Although, this would rely on the time to create images. There may be Red Hat resources that we can PF-brand? Footer could use some updates, whether that's in this pr or a followup |

this isn't needed--working with Bekah to put together design mockups for this in Figma, which will need to be implemented eventually by a dev in a new pr |
