Fixes this:

$ docker-compose up
ERROR: Version "3.11.9" in ".\docker-compose.yml" is invalid.

Hey @alexeygrigorev thanks for noticing and for the PR, since version is obsolete as per this doc, we decided drop it.

Changes will be reflected to this repo very soon. I'm closing this now, but thanks again.
