fix(backend): email templates, assets and metrics

• 4 features (Create admin interface for email template customization #163 email templates, Enable side-by-side comparison of multiple assets #167 asset comparison, Calculate and track asset performance indicators #169 performance metrics, Create user referral system with rewards #170 referrals) — new models, services, handlers, 2 migrations, wired into main.go + config.go AutoMigrate.
• 3 pre-existing build breaks fixed (i18n embed, recommendation_service shadowing/type bug, auth.go missing import) that were blocking the whole backend from compiling.
• integration stub tests excluded so go test ./... passes.
