chore: update apple-app-site-association with new team and bundle IDs

Description

Fixes: #183
Updates the apple-app-site-association file served at dot.li/.well-known/apple-app-site-association to reflect the development team's new identifiers and bundle IDs, so that applinks (universal links) resolve to the app correctly.

• Replaces the old 7SUDX74VMC.io.pcf.polkadotapp / .alpha / .develop app IDs with the new P2PX3JU8FT.io.parity.polkadotapp / .safety / .develop IDs.
• Keeps the existing Brevity entries (P2PX3JU8FT.io.parity.brevity and .brevity.dev) unchanged.

All entries continue to match all paths (paths: ["*"], components: [{ "/": "/*" }]).
