Allow setting a non-default location for the HMM data files using an additional parameter to the anarci() method. Currently, the location of the files is set globally. Our particular use case is that we would like to deploy ANARCI to run as an AWS lambda function, where we don't have the luxury of running
python setup.py installto build the HMM files in the standard location. Instead, we need to package them into the lambda function, but then need to be able to tell anarci where to find them. hmmscan binary included following a similar pattern. Happy to share more about the lambda function setup if that's of interest to anyone at oxpig.Add additional parameter
