- explicit workflow bootstrap; no run_mas wrapper
- overlay dispatch requires spec.target.kind (Agent | MAS | Flavour | Infra)
- overlay metadata: namespace + id fields; x-* reserved for top-level UI fields only
- controller reads metadata.namespace (manifest_store, lab_registry, routes/overlays)
- validator skips non-manifest YAML; telemetry.path exempt from ref-existence check
