nodeto 22.22.3 LTS in CI and Docker.Note: This is technically a breaking change to the Docker image, but it doesn't affect our code. In the unlikely case that it affects user code, they can easily switch to a supported version via
nvm install <version>(the image already hasnvminstalled).
