Ability for TAC administrators to download a zip file of submitted proposals including a pdf overview, a json dump and all the supporting documents.
Reviewers can also download an anonymised version of the pdf which excludes investigators. Administrators will have to decide if any of the supporting documents (that are not merged into justifications) are relevant to reviewers and are sufficiently anonymous.
