📌 Description
Added a new
spring.cloud.oci.config.federation-endpointproperty, applicable toINSTANCE_PRINCIPAL/RESOURCE_PRINCIPAL/WORKLOAD_IDENTITYauth providers.(sometimes it is necessary to override this endpoint vs relying on the OCI SDK default behaviour)
