Enable model_list filtering for AUTO_SELECT_SERIES

Add model filtering capability to MetaSelector and update factory initialization

• Enhanced MetaSelector to accept an optional list of allowed models during initialization.
• Updated ForecastOperatorModelFactory to pass the allowed models from operator configuration to MetaSelector.
• Added a new test to validate the model selection based on the allowed models filter.
