`sys/stat.h` include was missing from `main/ovms_command.cpp`, and it provoked a compilation error - interestingly, only shown when `CONFIG_OVMS_COMP_CELLULAR=n` Thanks to @jetpax for the notice ! Reported-by: jetpax <jetpax@me.com>
