Depends on: #587

  1. inline functionality provided by unmaintained package react-linkify
  2. replace copy-webpack-plugin with webpack 5's built-in output.copy
  3. remove version overrides except needed for resolving shared modules
  4. use self-reference syntax for version overrides that are linked to
    direct dependencies
  5. remove resolutions section left after migration from yarn to npm
