What this PR does / why we need it:

Adds a skill to redact sensitive info, and a command to install gitleaks. If you have any plugin, skill, etc that needs to ensure sensitive data is removed, you can tell claude to use this skill. It will verify claude's redaction by using gitleaks.

I think option C for linux should be that if it is fedora it uses the package https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=35909
