Wiki Workflows

The wiki layer ships vault workflows for markdown knowledge bases and Obsidian-style vaults. Upstream skills are vendored; RAFA handles OpenCode packaging. It does not assume one private vault layout.

Workflow Model

  • Ingest: turn sources into structured markdown pages.
  • Retrieve: search and rank relevant pages for agent context.
  • Query: answer questions with citations to local notes.
  • Lint: detect metadata, link, address, and structure issues.
  • Save: write session notes or durable research outputs.
  • Mode: route new pages into a vault methodology.
  • Transport: select between Obsidian API, MCP, CLI, or filesystem access.

Privacy Model

Wiki workflows can touch sensitive local notes. Docs must state when a workflow reads local content, writes files, calls a remote model, or fetches web pages. Remote egress should be opt-in and visible.
