I tested this version out on a relatively large internal codebase. The only thing I noticed is that with non-permissive parsing as the new default, we actually had some malformed qasm in unit tests that caused parse failures. #32 makes these much easier to diagnose |

It looks like we have closed out the easily resolvable issues, so we can move forward with the release. This MR updates the version, and after merge I will make a tag and trigger the deployment to pypi.
