• Kindly your ticket Id should read RA-1495:Data exchange module generates invalid data when you export using concept ids and not dataexchange-1495:Enables exchanging data and metadata between OpenMR
• Add a clear description of the changes you made and make a screenshot or video to a certain the issue is fixed.

@mumbereh kindly your fix doesn't meet the ticket description. I would recommend you go through the ticket description again then reproduce the error before trying to fix the ticket.
