Not yet decided where to draw the line for kw-only, but anything that would not be immediately clear from its position and literal value should be kw-only.

Refactor some of the way methods are used and accessed internally. Not entirely sure where to draw the line on some decisions like what is keyword-only. But I will refactor as I see fit later, no reason to delay development.
