The diff adds
.codex/environments/environment.toml, but this repo’s contribution rules explicitly forbid committing generated files. Keeping it in the PR will create unnecessary churn and can fail review even though the app code change is otherwise unrelated; this file should stay out of the patch unless there is a repo-level reason to version it.Testing: Not run (review only).
