New Simpler Flashing with eBrain-Flasher

Flash the latest firmware to your eBrain

• download eBrain-Firmware-v5.0.1.bin and the flasher for your OS
• On Windows ESP8266Flasher.exe
• On macOS eBrain.Flasher.zip
• launch your flasher and select eBrain-Firmware-v5.0.1.bin
• connect pin 0 to GND (this sets your ebrain to update mode)
• make sure your eBrain is set to the off or 0 position as this ensures USB power vs. AA battery
• connect your eBrain to your computer and Flash the firmware
• disconnect the eBrain and disconnect pin 0 from GND

After Flashing,

• power on the eBrain
• Connect to the Robot's wifi access point.

If you want to connect the eBrain to your home network

• Connect to robot's wifi access point
• open browser to HTTP://192.168.4.1
• Select connect > click on wifi symbol
• Select your wifi network
• enter password
• save
• gear will go red, and when it reconnects, you will have an IP in the connection screen.
