Summary

• update Crawlkit from v0.13.4 to v0.14.2 first
• update Kong from v1.15.0 to v1.16.0
• leave every other direct Go dependency at its current latest stable version

Proof

• go test -count=1 ./... with generated store code excluded from coverage: 85.2%
• go test -count=1 -race ./...
• golangci-lint, vet, staticcheck, deadcode, gofumpt, gosec, govulncheck, module verification, and tidy checks
• real built CLI: root/nested help, version, metadata/status/TUI JSON, invalid-command behavior, and tail replay flags
