  • Added circuit selection menu option for selecting circuits among all available circuits in entitycore of a given scale (obi-notebook functionality)
  • Added some small improvements for plotting and pre-selecting biophysical populations by default

@danielaegassan, this PR is on hold for now and no review required yet. There are new features available in https://github.com/openbraininstitute/obi-notebook which I am planning to integrate soon.

@danielaegassan, I have now integrated obi-notebook functionality for selecting circuits. Whenever you have time, would be great if you could review it.

Hold off on reviewing this for now. I was not aware of this PR and created my own PR which adds use of obi-notebook.
Let's discuss which one to use going forward first.
