To save you some time with other software PRs: macos-13 should work with bluepyopt (I tested it) and our other software. |

I don't think we need to care about that for our other software because efel is the only one that is using cibuildwheel. Since it is the only one that has c++ code that needs to be compiled |

use trusted publisher instead of secrets in pypi workflow
remove ebrains mirroring workflow
fix numpy.polyfit in isi tests
change macos version in cuibuildwheel workflow: macos-12 is too old, but macos-latest is not supported, so I settled for macos-13
