Fine-tuned the list-style-type so that it only applied to the section (tab) list items. Lists inside of each sections (i.e. labels and section descriptions) can now retain their list styles (bullets, letters, numbers ,etc.)
Make the selected tab text color white for legibility.
More consistent white coloring of selected tab text.
Conflicts: config.php format.php renderer.php styles.css tabtop.css version.php

The current version of tabtopics knocks out any list-style-type formatting that happens inside a section. I made a few simple CSS tweaks to fix that and add white text color to the selected tab.
