The nine open roadmap issues were folded into #77. This repoints docs/V1-READINESS.md and docs/TESTING.md at it, drops the per-item issue references, and ticks the two gates that shipped: the #32 config fix (v0.0.13 image) and backup/restore (v0.0.12).
