broken preview image — adds assets/themes/cuteblocks-theme.webp but index.html references /assets/themes/cuteblocks.webp. fix the img src or rename the asset.

Description
Adds the Cuteblocks theme to the Omarchy community theme collection.
Cuteblocks is a playful, kid-friendly Omarchy theme designed with younger users in mind. It uses a colorful block-inspired visual style and could also be a good fit for a future Omarchy Kids experience.
