Add oma-preview: native PDF reader/editor with visible agent review

Summary

Add oma-preview 0.9.0, a small Rust/Quickshell PDF reader and editor built for Omarchy. I maintain the upstream project; 0.9.0 is a normal release.

Continuous reading, highlighted search, bookmarks, text overlays on non-fillable PDFs, reusable handwritten signatures and page assembly. Private drafts preserve edits and up to 100 undo/redo changes across reopening. A JSON CLI lets agents propose visible changes in the running window; users can correct them before exporting a separate PDF.

Packaging

• Local-source PKGBUILD, pinned version tag and SHA-256; no AUR account required.
• Normal edge-first policy, no fast-ring override or automatic upstream sync.
• Installs the binary, QML UI, native hold-gesture module, desktop file, icon, license and optional agent skill under /usr.
• Qt 6.11+ runtime; CMake, pkgconf and wayland-protocols build dependencies.
• Native hold gestures use Qt's existing Wayland connection: no raw device permissions or compositor configuration changes.
• Does not change default applications or write into home directories.
• Existing Folio private storage paths are intentionally retained for compatibility.

Validation

• x86-64 makepkg build from the published 0.9.0 tag, with source checksum verification.
• All 25 isolated UI checks passed against the extracted release package's actual UI and backend: 47 input cases, search, draft/undo recovery, bookmarks, source recovery, reader lifecycle and raster checks, including a 2,048-page synthetic fixture.
• Eight Rust unit tests, five CLI tests and six input-guard tests pass.
• The package's native module loads on the local Wayland compositor in a hidden input-free probe. This checks protocol availability, not physical trackpad feel.
• Clean Arch build passed.
• Fresh hosted installation of the public 0.9.0 package passed: dependencies, installed-file integrity/version and all 25 UI regressions against the installed UI/backend.
• Release checks and methodology.
• ARM64 source builds are declared but remain untested; maintainer build validation is needed.

This is not a request to replace the default PDF app. It is a visible overlay editor, not a full PDF content editor. Hold detection timing depends on the compositor/libinput. I can maintain package updates through follow-up PRs.
