Allow saving your configuration in an external location (i.e. OneDrive synced directory). For initial setup on PC number two, you need to import the configuration once and then set the path to the external configuration file.
This is a proposal and is open for discussion and enhancements and needs some more testing. That's why it's a draft pull request.
