Add Starling, Tern, Sepia, Magpie, Blot, Puzzle Press and liftmath

I'm the developer of these apps. I checked each one against CONTRIBUTING.md and kept to one line each. All are GPL-3.0-or-later with no ads, no trackers and no proprietary parts. Each repo has signed APKs on its releases page.

• Starling (Maps & Navigation): end-to-end encrypted location sharing for family and friends. No accounts, and the relay is self-hostable. On F-Droid.
• Magpie (Diary): an encrypted journal where each entry is hash-chained to the one before it. On F-Droid.
• Tern (App Store): installs and updates apps from GitHub, GitLab, Codeberg and F-Droid repos. It checks who signed each APK before Android sees it. In F-Droid review.
• Sepia (Image Manipulation): shows and removes photo metadata and redacts images. It has no internet permission. In F-Droid review.
• Blot (Document Scanner & Editor): a PDF redactor that flattens each page to pixels so the covered text is really gone.
• Puzzle Press (Puzzle): seven daily puzzles that work offline. No internet permission. In F-Droid review.
• liftmath (Sports & Health): an offline gym calculator for 1RM, plate loading and Wilks/DOTS scores. In F-Droid review.

I can add F-Droid links for the rest once they land. I can also split this into separate PRs if that is easier to review. Thanks for keeping the list going.

Thank you for your work on these projects 👍. However, they are still quite new, so we should give them a bit more time at this stage.

Thanks, that makes sense. Tern and liftmath were merged into F-Droid today (!50599 and !50147). I will add their F-Droid links to this PR once they are live on the site.
