Mac OS X Folder Action - upload and share screenshot, copy to clipboard

The idea is to setup an Automator script to monitor a screenshots folder, so that when you do shift-cmd-4, drive will pick up the screenshot, get and set a description, upload it to drive, share it publicly, and put the URL on your clipboard.
