Summary

• bump AgentSeek package and lock version to 0.1.3
• embed agentseek-templates v0.1.3 at exact commit 2a5e57faf3f845d4a0ad6172efd937921aac0b12
• retain the paired core coordinate at AgentSeek v0.1.2 commit 900f895
• refresh the embedded registry to all 14 published templates and canonical tree digests
• update English and Chinese README release coordinates
• make the generated MCP smoke tolerate the Windows peer-reset signal raised while closing an already-ended probe connection

Release boundary

The release-coordinate change remains seven files. A separate two-file Windows MCP smoke regression fix was added after the first hosted run exposed WinError 10054 during probe cleanup. It changes only the generated smoke helper and its regression test; it does not change dependency ranges or the public AgentSeek API floor.
