I'll just ping @olivermesh and @jasonhoward7 here in case he has anything to say, but looks like everything is on donate2, so I'll approve, but in case we find out this is wrong, they'd probably want to know.

I have not been able to find many references to
donate.nycmesh.netit appears to be offline, previously hosted at DigitalOcean.As far as I know, donations happen via https://www.nycmesh.net/donate
Please only approve this PR if you can confirm the domain is no longer in use.
