Chat doesn't update

I encountered this today. The website was working with with opencode is stuck at a the spot I left last night. When entering the cli on desktop I see some of the messages I'm posting in but nothing comes back onto the app.

I think I was able to see this happening with a very specific chat in one of my test environments, seemingly at random.. 😢

I'm investigating but haven't found anything useful so far! Thank you for the report though!

I think this is fixed in 1.0.18 but it was pretty obscure. Let me know what you see!
