Our contribution guidelines state:

This adds the following comment as the first line of our PR template:

It also adds a CI workflow that labels PRs with an opaque 007 label if they do contain this line. That's it.

I was thinking of @MatteoGabriele's agentscan also, but this approach is zero-dep and very lean. In any case, great idea and initiative, merge it sooner rather than later probably :-)

I wonder how easy it would be to get rid of that string, but I'm in for the ride. Everything we can do to get rid of the clankers.
