Update naming and parameters of authorization requests

Description

This PR updates multiple issues the app has with the current openid4vc behavior:

1. (most important) it is very hard to detect which credentials were used to resolve the authorization request. I resolved this with adding the property usedCredentials to the response which shows the requests that will be used to accept the request with.
2. naming. Everything regarding presentations is named quite strange - I tried to fix some of the issues.
