Health tracking added

Now keeps track of your health and steps in when things get risky.

What's new:

• Moved settings to settings window
• Added health poll delay and health limit to settings
• Added health globe tracking and auto-logout (see readme for instructions)
• Added health overlay (for display purposes only)
• Moved constants/settings to static class file (I'm lazy and it works)
• Moved utility methods to separate class
