Regarding this PR, the file metafields.csr needs to remain in the subfolder metafields/metafields.csr, as @mgallien mentioned.

Have you started the development of your app yet? The repository https://github.com/cartenca73/MetaFields_app does not contain your app's code. Could you please provide a link to the repository that includes your app's code?

Is it possible to have a signature src otherwise?
