Support for Ubuntu 16.04 x_86.
Fluent bit officially supports only x_86 for ubuntu xenial : https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/installation/supported-platforms
Open Install library changes are already present : currently it installs td-agent : https://github.com/newrelic/open-install-library/blob/327be9054e587df41df7cbf8824a0a726ccd66ef/recipes/newrelic/infrastructure/logs/linux-logs.yml#L36
