implementation to send http response event
To avoid excessive network usage, we will not send media responses or any response greater than 500KB.
new config :

security:
   scan_controllers:
	# Default is true, the configuration allows user to enable/disable sending of HTTP responses body
	# Disabling reading of http response body will also disable RXSS vulnerability detection
      report_http_response_body: true
