Ahoy there! This here pull request be a simple one, changing a plain URL to a proper Markdown link in the 'Account Requests for non-Tuakiri Members' document. However, a keen eye has spotted a bit of a blunder, for ye've named the link 'MyNeSI' when elsewhere in these very scrolls, and across the seven seas of this repository, it be known as my.nesi.org.nz. Such inconsistency be a navigational hazard for any poor soul trying to find their way, and it goes against the very spirit of keeping our charts clear, as laid out in our own style guide (lines 483-500). Best to keep the names consistent, lest ye wish to confuse the crew.

Ahoy, matey! While I see ye've added a link, ye've made the map a bit of a muddle. Elsewhere in this very scroll (line 18), and across the seas of this repository, the portal is marked as my.nesi.org.nz. Using MyNeSI here creates an inconsistency that could confuse a poor soul. Let's keep our charts clear and consistent, shall we?

- The style guide has a section on link clarity (lines 483-500). While not a direct violation, maintaining consistency in how links are presented is crucial for readability and to avoid confusion, which is in the spirit of the guide. This change introduces an inconsistent link style within the same document. (link)
