Code Review
This pull request updates links to application forms in the submission process documentation. The changes are correct, but I've suggested an improvement to enhance maintainability by using Markdown reference-style links to avoid URL repetition. This will make future updates to the link easier.
| 1. Fill out the **application form - <ins>[Application form for submitting data](https://apply.agdr.org.nz/application?items=1)</ins>** (If this isn't suitable for your dataset, please reach out to **<ins>[gasupport@nesi.org.nz](mailto:gasupport@nesi.org.nz)</ins>** and we will be happy to discuss it with you). | ||

To improve maintainability, you can use a Markdown reference for the repeated URL. This avoids duplication and makes future updates easier.
You can replace the inline links with a reference (e.g., [app-form]) and then add the following definition at the end of the file:
[app-form]: https://apply.agdr.org.nz/application?items=1| 1.
