BUGFIX: moving of content nodes leads to duplicated nodes in Neos UI until reload

Open TODOS:

• jumping to wrong page when current page is selected and is moved (if a not focused page is moved we dont need to move to the new location and can stay on the current page)
• some situations still show the old and the new node in the tree (wrongly) until reload.
• Write e2e test to ensure moving content doesnt lead to duplicates and that moving documents redirects to the expected page

This change basically reverts #2764 - which was not used with Neos 9 anymore, because that feedback was not sent out by the server anymore.
